The raw material is collected daily by company vehicles.
It is first screened then dehydrated in order to eliminate the risks of fermentation and bacterial growth.
The dry material is then sorted and graded to obtain the various ranges of wood shavings and chips.
In parallel with this, the dehydrated material is processed on different micronization lines in order to obtain wood flour with a diameter in the region of a micron and up to 0.5 of a millimetre.
The finished products are then stored or packed in bags and in "Big Bags" according to customer requirements.
